Amanda started her career as a psychologist at Baillie Henderson Hospital in Toowoomba working in the Acquired Brain Injury and Dual Disability units. In 1998 she left Australia to travel and work overseas for eight years returning to Brisbane in 2006 and taking up a position as a psychologist working in correctional facilities. Reconnecting with her psychological roots she went on to specialise in working with people with cognitive impairment in the prison system and in 2010 moved to the position of Senior Dual Disability Coordinator with Mental Health Services where she remained until 2017. Amanda has also worked with the Mater Intellectual Disability and Autism Service.
Whilst working at Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services Amanda led the Trauma Informed Care Project for Indigenous Consumers working within The Way Forward team.
Amanda started working in private practice in 2013 specialising in dual disability and naturally moved into working with NDIS participants when the scheme rolled out in Queensland. She has completed a Master of Disability Studies and is currently studying a Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Amanda is part of the Sunshine Coast Region Team.
Sudkish is originally from Fiji within the Pacific Island culture where he was born and raised. In the past 5 years he has worked in Accounting and Finance. Sudkish holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Information Systems from the University of the South Pacific in Fiji.
Having an energetic and ambitious attitude, Sudkish brings his mature responsible approach to all the tasks which are undertaken. Currently in his new position of Finance Manager with AJH after moving to Australia in October 2020, Sudkish is embracing working within the new environment of dual-disability and the NDIS and is a fantastic addition to our team.

Lauren is part of our administration team assisting AJH in many areas including HR, Operations, Finance, and IT.
She has a diverse background in admin and sales in private banking, a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and most recently moving from management and instructing in the Pilates industry to join AJH.

Kat is part of our Brisbane team.
Sally has a long history of working in personal assistant and administrative roles.
Sally's skill set is versatile. She has over 15 years of experience across administration management, finance, business development and organisational structures and planning.

Tara has worked as a high-school math tutor and has been working part-time as a barista since she left school. Growing up learning music she has a real passion to work with teenagers and young adults build confidence in their life. Tara wants to become an Occupational Therapist and work in schools to help high-school students through their studies. She loves spending time with people and learning new things and is always up for the challenge of exploring new places.

Bella has exceptional ability to meet deadlines, problem solve and work well under pressure as well as being adaptable and effective within a teamworking collaboratively to achieve targeted outcomes.
Bella is currently studying a Bachelor of Human Services program at the University of the Sunshine Coast (USC).

Stacey is our Compliance Officer who comes with a range of experience throughout many sectors including Human resources and being an Allied Health Assistant. Stacey's broad range of knowledge throughout the disability sector and NDIS allows her to excel within her role as Compliance Officer.
