Sudkish is new to Australia from Fiji within the Pacific Island culture where he was born and raised. In the past 5 years he has worked in Accounting and Finance. Sudkish holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Information Systems from the University of the South Pacific in Fiji.
Having an energetic and ambitious attitude, Sudkish brings his mature responsible approach to all the tasks which are undertaken. Currently in his new position of Finance Manager with AJH after moving to Australia in October 2020, Sudkish is embracing working within the new environment of dual-disability and the NDIS and is a fantastic addition to our team.
Tammy is a Social Worker and a Provisionally Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Brisbane. Tammy has worked for over 20 years with a combined experience as a mental health clinician and a senior social worker specialising in working with people with dual disability (Intellectual/Developmental Disability and Mental Health) and their carers and family.
Tammy has extensive experience in providing assessments, case management and specialist support coordination for people with complex psychiatric and disability needs. She worked as the Intellectual Disability Coordinator with Metro North Mental Health Services and worked at the Mater Intellectual Disability and Autism Service. Tammy has extensive knowledge in working with all relevant government departments and non-government agencies and will strongly advocate to implement the health and wellbeing support needs for her clients. Providing Specialist Support Coordination and Positive Behaviour Support, Tammy brings together her expertise to participants of the NDIS in the Brisbane region.
Tamara is a provisionally accredited practicing dietitian, who has recently graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast. Tamara has developed a passion in the non-diet method health at every size (HAES), and intuitive eating by Ellyn Satter Institute. She is passionate in working with people to achieve health and food knowledge skills to achieve optimal health outcomes. Having experience working with clients with complex mental health and disability, Tamara combines this with her compassion and caring attitude for participants within the Sunshine Coast.
Lauren is part of our Administration team assisting management.
Sonya comes to AJH with life experience and a passion for assisting adults and youth with challenging mental health needs. She is a wonderful listener and has exceptional skills helping each participant feel at ease, helping each participant she works with achieve the best outcome that aligns with their goals.
Currently part of our Southern region team, Sonya is currently finalising her Counselling studies and looks forward to contributing to the community with her passion.
Jade is a Provisionally Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with experience working with people in Aged Care, Mental Health and the Disability sector. Jade has a background in Psychology, she has completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science and Graduate Diploma in Psychology.
A motivated problem-solver, Jade is eager to assist in complex situations to explore the best solutions to achieve improved well-being for all. Jade is passionate about sharing her knowledge and facilitating opportunities for learning. Jade is part of our Brisbane and Bay area team.
